Group fitness classes

Group fitness classes include:

  • Spin It – energetic cycle class destined to get your heart pumping.
  • Pump It – muscle toning and fat burning through adjustable weighted barbells.
  • Hybrid – a combination of Spin Fit and Pump for great aerobic conditioning and muscle toning.
  • Box It – defence style class combining aerobic activity. Great for fat burning and increasing endurance capacity.
  • Attack It – high energy workout combining martial arts and combat style aerobic training.
  • Fitball – a class designed to develop balance, stability and core abdominal strength using a fitball.
  • Dance It – dance steps and moves from a range of dances and incorporated into a total body workout ranging from low to high energy output. Sure to get your heart pumping and body grooving.
  • Abs, Butts and Thighs (ABT) – especially designed class to target those problem areas.
  • Revive – a resistance based exercise program at a slower pace suitable for all ages.
  • Deep Water Running (DWR) – improve your aerobic capacity and muscle strength in this no impact workout.
