Launceston 10 – ‘Tame the Ten’
Unigym is conducting an 8 Week Group Training Program to prepare running enthusiasts for the upcoming Launceston 10. Beginning Monday 24th May, 2010, the program will consist of strength and conditioning, cross training, and presentations and workshops on health and nutrition. Available to all Unigym Members, Non-Members, UTAS Staff, Students and the Wider Community.
