Living Longer, Living Stronger (LLLS)

Living Longer, Living Stronger (LLLS) is a customised and tailored program for people over 50. It is a resistance based program which aims to increase the range and quality of strength training opportunities for senior members.

Designed by the Council on the Ageing (COTA), Living Longer, Living Stronger is a national initiative in partnership with local fitness providers. Unigym Hobart currently operates LLLS classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
