Group fitness classes include:
- Zumba: Ditch the workout... Join the party! The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
- Zumbatomic: Zumba for kids ages 4–12 years! Children are given the opportunity to get into fabulous, kidtastic shape through repetition, great music, cool lyrics and fun!
- LesMills Body Step: The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
- Les Mills Body Combat: A high energy interval training class, combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises for cardiovascular fitness.
- Les Mills Body Balance: A combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that helps build flexibility and strength. Through controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, you will leave feeling centred and calm with your body in a state of balance and harmony.
- Basic Training: A military-based physical training program offering an enjoyable, safe and authentic training environment, built for improving fitness and strength.
- Box it: A high energy workout combining boxing drills, cardio and strength exercises. Designed to burn maximum calories for all fitness levels!!
- Early Morning Wake-Up: A strength, conditioning and aerobic circuit class. This dynamic session is bound to not only wake you up but keep you energized all day long!
- Circuit: Provides the motivation and variety that you’ve been looking for in a group training environment.
- Yoga: Combines the traditional principles of yoga with resistance training.
- Pilates: Body conditioning, alignment and balance through movement and breathing. Beginners classes available. Intermediate classes are suitable for participants who have attended at least 5 beginners classes. Advanced is suitable for participants who have attended over 10 intermediate classes.
- Pre/Post Natal: pregnancy-related fitness exercises for mums. The training combines cardio, strength, flexibility, pelvic floor exercises, tai chi and relaxation.
- Intermediate Aerobics: This aerobics class combines high & low impact moves and combinations to great, energetic music. Suitable for all levels, this is a popular class providing a medium to high intensity workout.
- Pump it: A weights class to music to sculpt your physique and challenge your strength endurance. Suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.
- Spin it: Improve your aerobic & anaerobic fitness in this energetic cycle class. Hop on those bikes and let’s see you spin it!!
- Spin Resolution: A mind-sharpening ride that builds one’s tenacity, willpower and endurance. You’ll find this ride hones your natural ability to focus and be self-reliant.
- Zumba Gold: A Zumba party for participants in their golden years. Learn the steps and move to the rhythms in a fun environment.
- Living Longer, Living Stronger: Start low, go slow! A resistance based exercise program for people over 50.
